This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll speak to customers considering leaving GoFibre, understand what's gone wrong, solve problems and show them why staying with us is the right choice.

The Package
?? Edinburgh office (5 minutes from Haymarket)
?? £26,227.50 basic salary
?? Uncapped commission with realistic earnings of £40,000+
?? Shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday
?? Rotational Saturdays with a weekday off in return
What You'll Do
- Turn cancellation requests into successful customer saves
- Uncover customer needs and deliver tailored retention solutions
- Build rapport through confident, persuasive conversations
- Confidently overcome objections and demonstrate the value of staying with GoFibre
- Spot upsell opportunities that add value for customers
- Consistently exceed retention and sales targets
What We're Looking For
You don't need broadband experience. We'll teach you that.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in retention, sales or customer service
- A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Resilient and motivated by targets
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Passionate about delivering great customer outcomes
