As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll be making outbound calls and turning conversations into sales with new customers and existing ones.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales
- Re-contract existing customers, upgrading or renewing their packages and maximising value
- Confidently handle objections and keep conversations moving
- Hitting and exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Clearly explain GoFibre products and packages in a simple, engaging way
- Taking pride in selling with integrity and putting the customer first
- Being a positive, energetic presence in our office-based sales team
