Goffs-Churchgate Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our thriving and supportive Maths department from December 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Math lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Use prior attainment data to inform planning and teaching, ensuring all students reach their potential.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress and attainment.
- Contribute to the development of effective teaching practices and the department’s improvement plan.
- Plan and implement a range of extra-curricular activities, including trips and clubs, to enrich the student experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to share resources and best practices.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour for learning within your teaching groups.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree relevant to Maths.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
