What You’ll Do:
Provide personal care and support with daily activities

What We’re Looking For:
Caring and empathetic nature
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Previous experience in community care (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
Right to work in the UK
Registered with Social Care Wales (desirable)
