Rydym yn chwilio am Gydlynydd Llywodraethu Corfforaethol sy'n siarad Cymraeg (Cynorthwyydd Personol i'r Prif Weithredwr a Chadeirydd ein Bwrdd) ar sail tymor penodol tan 31 Hydref 2026. Mae hon yn rôl allweddol sy'n darparu cefnogaeth weithredol, sefydliadol a llywodraethu lefel uchel i'r Prif Weithredwr, Cadeirydd y Bwrdd a'r Tîm Rheoli Gweithredol (EMT). Byddwch yn helpu i sicrhau arweinyddiaeth effeithiol, rhedeg prosesau corfforaethol yn esmwyth, a'r safonau llywodraethu uchaf ar draws ein sefydliad.
Cynigir y rôl hon gydag opsiynau gweithio hyblyg, ac rydym yn hapus i ystyried trefniadau rhannu swyddi.
Prif ffocws y rôl hon yw:
- Darparu cefnogaeth Cynorthwyydd Personol proffesiynol i'r Prif Weithredwr a'r Cadeirydd, gan gynnwys rheoli dyddiaduron, monitro mewnflychau, trefnu cyfarfodydd a theithio, paratoi gohebiaeth a chynnal systemau swyddfa effeithiol.
- Drafftio, paratoi a sicrhau ansawdd briffiau, cyflwyniadau a dogfennau dwyieithog ar gyfer y Prif Weithredwr, y Cadeirydd a'r EMT.
- Cysylltu'n hyderus â rhanddeiliaid mewnol ac allanol, gan gynnwys swyddogion Llywodraeth Cymru.
- Cynorthwyo i gydlynu digwyddiadau, ymweliadau a chyfarfodydd a gynhelir gan y Prif Weithredwr a'r Cadeirydd.
- Cefnogi cyfarfodydd corfforaethol, gan sicrhau agendâu, papurau a chofnodion o ansawdd uchel ar gyfer cyfarfodydd.
- Cefnogi'r Tîm Llywodraethu Corfforaethol i gyflawni'r cynllun gwaith blynyddol a chynnal safonau llywodraethu ledled y sefydliad.
