Brixton London is home to Goddard Brixton on Brixton Hill. This established practice in South London is looking for an RVN to join the team and help increase its popularity even more!

Before we delve into the nitty gritty, here is what we offer you:

  • The salary for position is £31,000 to £35,000 FTE depending on experience and allowing room for growth within the role.
  • 6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata if part time)
  • CPD budget every year plus up to 2 days' paid CPD leave

About the role:

Our new team member will thrive in GP branch life, building rapport with clients and building relationships with their beloved animals. You will be working alongside a fantastic trainee nurse and sole charge vet.

This role can be 32-40 hours per week, you decide! It includes a 1:4 branch Saturday and 1:10 Sunday rotation in Stone Lion Hospital, plus 1 bank holiday per year. There are no on-call requirements for this position.

The Brixton practice is looking for an RVN to settle in and re-establish a close-knit client base, helping support your trainee nurse and vet in day-to-day practice life. There will also be opportunity to perform nurse clinics to further enable your bond with your patients.

Brixton is fully supported by our 24-hour Stone Lion Hospital in Wimbledon for any complex cases that need to be referred, or for any of your patients who require OOH care. You will also be fully supported by a fantastic regional manager, and regional head vet to assist in any clinical or operational support you may need.

The practice is situated bang in the middle of Streatham Hill and Brixton stations, being a 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle from the practice.
