This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support procurement, accounts, operations and wider business activities, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities of the purchasing administrator include
- Provide administrative support across procurement, accounts and operations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions and supplier communications.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and business documentation.
- Scan and securely maintain purchase orders, goods received notes and payment records.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm orders and monitor deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and help maintain continuity of supply.
- Assist in resolving delivery, quality and invoice queries.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets and business documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and management systems.
- Provide general office administration including filing, correspondence, data entry and diary coordination.
