A brand-new opportunity for a Distribution Administrator on a fixed-term contract to mid-January 2027. Join a friendly, highly customer-focused business that supplies patients with healthcare products.

  • Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

A leading supplier of healthcare products is recruiting for a distribution administrator to help teams throughout the distribution site with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main contact into Distribution for the customer care branches and taking appropriate actions in support of change to orders currently in Distribution.
  • Facilitate the organisation of urgent deliveries, transfers between warehouses and same-day deliveries.
  • Discussing branch communications with Distribution and any issues related to patient services on a regular basis with the Operations Manager.
  • Provide administrative support for the sampling process by generating the necessary paperwork to aid the Distribution Team in timely and effective sample generation.
  • Generate invoices and raise credit requisitions at the end of the returns process.
  • Keep an eye on how much packaging and other consumables are used and placing orders for more to make sure there are always sufficient supplies.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Administrative experience gained within a distribution / logistics environment.
  • A team player, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience handling administrative tasks requiring confidentiality and adherence to GDPR.
  • Well organised with high attention to detail.
