Godstone Farm are looking for hard working and fun-loving individuals to work across all areas of the farm. We need people who recognise that quality of customer service, attention to detail and ensuring the health and hygiene at the farm is paramount.
Our staff are required to be energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, hardworking and reliable. You’ll be joining at the start of an exciting period of investment and growth in the farm with lots of opportunity to learn and progress.
INTERVIEW DATES - Applicants selected for interview will need to be able to attend a group interview session on Monday 21st or Tuesday 22nd September 2026 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. If successful you must then be able to attend induction training on Sunday 27th September 2026 from 11am until 3pm. You must also be able to work either Saturday 3rd or Sunday 4th October and then at least 3 days during October half term (Saturday 24th October until Sunday 1st November, including either the 24th or 25th October evening).
Roles can vary on a day-to-day basis with each member of the team having their own responsibilities depending on the areas you are trained in; including:
- Admissions Gate
- Farm Gift Shop
- Play Barn
- Seasonal Attractions and Crafts
- Cleaning & Litter Picking
- Toilet Checks
- Seasonal Displays
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and other team members.
- Following best practice standards for your area of responsibility – managing the tills, following operating procedures and engaging with customers to ensure they have a brilliant day with us.
- Working as part of a team with a common goal in mind – to delight our customers and provide an excellent service.
Key Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous.
- Customer focused with a friendly and positive outlook is a must.
- A good standard of education is essential including literacy and numeracy.

Job type: Contracts for these roles will be on a zero hour basis or with minimum guaranteed hours and we are able to offer a variety of shift patterns, including term time weekdays, weekends and school holidays, or a mix of flexible days to suit your circumstances. Our hours vary seasonally and are usually - Winter: 9.30am - 5pm, Summer: 9.30am -6pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Some shifts require you to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
