Godolphin Health is seeking a Patient Care Navigator to join our busy team.
The role involves handling patient information tasks, delivering excellent customer service and supporting clinicians with administration.
You will communicate with patients face-to-face, by phone and email, and use EMIS, DOCMAN and KLINIK.
A valid driving licence is required as travel between our two sites is occasionally necessary. This is a full-time position at a two-site GP practice in Cornwall.
