Position Overview

Cover and HR Assistant (Full Time, Term Time, September 2026)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for a wide variety of administrative tasks within the Bursar’s Office.
  • Work in the HR Office with a primary focus on covering for staff absence.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
  • Follow strict procedures, pay attention to detail, and uphold confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • No specific qualifications required.
  • Desirable experience in cover and/or HR processes.
  • Previous experience in an educational or public sector setting is advantageous.
  • Strong administrative skills and well-organised approach.

Working Hours & Salary

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
  • Friday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
  • Hours are fixed at 7:30 am; finish time is negotiable.
  • Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
