Position Overview
Cover and HR Assistant (Full Time, Term Time, September 2026)
Responsibilities
- Provide support for a wide variety of administrative tasks within the Bursar’s Office.
- Work in the HR Office with a primary focus on covering for staff absence.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
- Follow strict procedures, pay attention to detail, and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- No specific qualifications required.
- Desirable experience in cover and/or HR processes.
- Previous experience in an educational or public sector setting is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills and well-organised approach.
Working Hours & Salary
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
- Friday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
- Hours are fixed at 7:30 am; finish time is negotiable.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
