In web2, the data is siloed. Google and Instagram have their own closed databases to which noone can access. Web3βs nature brought forward the public onchain data to which anyone can access. The public nature of the blockchains enable us to why users do what they do in a limitless way.
Yet most of this data is in low level code. One has to do a lot of transformations and interpretations to make the data useful, understandable and actionable.
That is where Godmode comes in. Godmode transforms and interprets the data to enable web3 companies to make intelligent decisions on user acquisition, engagement and behaviour analysis.

What we\βre looking for
We are looking for a full-time, experienced product manager to help us build the interpretation layer of our platform.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience developing or analysing blockchain-based applications, especially those for Web3 (dApps). They should be aware of and use the latest technologies in crypto, blockchain, and Web3 development; as well as have a significant experience in backend Node.js development.
Most importantly, you must be very curious about user behaviour, new trends and the data in general.
Skills and Toolsets You Need to Bring or Learn
Hold a degree in a related discipline or rather be a self taught developer
3+ years of experience in product management field
Extensive knowledge of back-end development of Python and SQL
Experience with data intensive platforms
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with the team when necessary
What Youβll Achieve
Analyse and solve problems in the development phase
Adopt best practices for Web3 and blockchain development
Implement UI/UX designs for all our products
Communicate and collaborate with the rest of the technical team
We will likely be partnering with different organizations from the gaming and crypto industry. You should expect to collaborate with different groups, leading technical calls and supporting when necessary
You will analyse smart contracts functions and events to understand how a certain application is structured.
