We are a growing luxury menswear streetwear brand looking for a motivated, organised, and team‑focused entry‑level E‑commerce Administrator to join our Manchester based team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Deliver an excellent standard of customer service across all channels
- Manage online order returns and exchanges efficiently
- Upload and maintain products on Shopify
- Support product launches, promotions and offers
- Update online campaigns and website content
- Assist with photoshoots when needed
