As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development/Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
The Business Development/Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing existing accounts, and developing new corporate relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and client management. You will also assist with day-to-day sales operations and provide support in the sales office to ensure smooth business functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new corporate opportunities to expand our client base and promote our luxury travel services.
• Sales Office Support: Assist in the daily operations of the sales office, including responding to inquiries and helping with administrative tasks.
• Quote Preparation: Prepare and present tailored quotes for potential clients, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
• Sales Activities: Support the sales team with day-to-day activities, including pipeline management, prospecting, and follow-ups.
Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally within the travel, luxury services, or hospitality sectors.
