Our Head Office team plays an important role in supporting our operational staff and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
The Role
This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day operations of the Head Office team, with a particular focus on HR administration and general office support. The role is 16 hours per week, with flexibility to suit the successful candidate. Hours can be split across 2, 3, or 4 days per week, worked between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR administration, including tracking employee records and maintaining accurate staff data
- Assisting with the new starter process, including preparing documentation and onboarding information
- Preparing and sending employee letters and HR correspondence
- Inputting and updating information within internal systems, including the Godfrey Group app
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries where appropriate
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Data entry and maintaining organised records and files
- Providing general administrative support to the Head Office team
- Assisting with other ad-hoc office duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using computers and administrative systems
- A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well within a small team environment
Previous administrative or HR experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
