Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a dual role quantity surveyor & project manager based in the Cotswolds to take control full of projects ranging from 100k to £5m on behalf of our clients. The candidate will manage tasks such as measurement, preparing bills of quantities, cost planning, analysing supplier and contractor bids, preparing contracts, reviewing design details and preparing programmes. Projects are nationwide and travel as required to sites will be required so a car is essential. Outside of site visits and meetings, the candidate will be working from home.

- BSc quantity surveying qualification
- 4 years post graduate experience
- Experience across residential, commercial and refurbishment schemes
- Strong knowledge of JCT contract suite
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Confident working independently and managing own workload
- Meticulous and motivated
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
