Godfrey & Godfrey Consulting is an independent quantity surveying and project management consultancy with over a decade of experience delivering precision-led services across the UK's most demanding projects. Our services span quantity surveying, employer's agent, contract administration, and project management, always focusing on reducing costs and risk whilst maximising budgets and programmes.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a dual role quantity surveyor & project manager based in the Cotswolds to take control of projects ranging from £100k to £5m on behalf of our clients. The candidate will manage tasks such as measurement, preparing bills of quantities, cost planning, analysing supplier and contractor bids, preparing contracts, reviewing design details and preparing programmes.
Projects are nationwide and travel as required to sites will be necessary, so a car is essential. Outside of site visits and meetings, the candidate will be working from home.
- BSc quantity surveying qualification
- ~4 years post graduate experience
- ~Experience across residential, commercial and refurbishment schemes
- ~Strong knowledge of JCT contract suite
- ~Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
