We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant (Level 3) with knowledge and experience of working with children with additional needs, to support the team from September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Being deployed to support children with a range of needs, including complex additional needs
  • Delivering small group sessions
  • Supporting individual pupils where required
  • Supporting with assessments of LSPs and EHCPS and providing feedback to children and staff
  • Working closely with the SENDCO and any external agencies
  • Working and communicating with families on pupil progress
  • Supporting opportunities for integration in mainstream where appropriate
