Our beautiful first opinion practice in Ewell (Surrey) has a role coming up for an RVN that is looking to be part of a busy evolving team.
Ewell is a beautifully designed clinic with an open span prep area, walk in kennels and large reception area for your clients. This position offers flexibility of up to 30 hours per week plus a 1:4 branch Saturday and 1:10 Sunday rotation at Stone Lion Hospital in Wimbledon. If you were looking for full-time hours, we are happy to explore options! You will be rota’d to 1 bank holiday per year in Stone Lion.
As part of your initial induction, you will spend a day at the hospital to learn their ways, ready for your first Sunday shift so you are not thrown in at the deep end! There are NO on-call requirements for this position.
Ewell is a busy GP practice with a growing caseload, and we are recruiting for additional colleagues to help support our fantastic new senior vet and experienced support team including other RVNs, who you can call upon for any support you may need while adapting to your new role.
Progression is important to us, and if after time you wished to explore senior roles in the group, we would be happy to encourage this and now provide leadership training.
As a practice you are supported by the Stone Lion 24-hour hospital in Wimbledon to refer more complex cases, and their own rotating night team provides your patients with invaluable OOH care. The practice itself has multiple local train stations and is within easy reach of desirable parts of London such as Richmond and Wimbledon. There is also parking available which is very rare as you venture closer to London! If you are a jetsetter, London Gatwick airport is just a 30-minute drive from the practice.
