Goddard Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary School Site Supervisor (Grade A3/B3) to support a school in the Wetherby area, working 37 hours per week. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in site supervision, caretaking, facilities, or cleaning, within an education or similar environment.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • Friday: 11:00am – 6:30pm
  • Total: 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • General site supervision and facilities support
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
  • Undertaking cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and secure at all times
  • Supporting health and safety procedures
  • Liaising with staff and contractors where required
  • Responding to site-related issues during shift hours

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a site supervisor, caretaking, cleaning, or facilities role
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Practical maintenance skills and awareness of health and safety

Safeguarding and DBS Requirements
