Goddard Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Temporary Senior Site Superintendent to join a busy and professional facilities team.
The Role: Take responsibility for site operations, maintenance, and safety — leading a small team, managing contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee maintenance, security, and cleaning
- Manage site staff and allocate work
- Conduct inspections and repairs
- Liaise with contractors and support projects
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in site supervision, caretaking, or facilities management
- Strong DIY and maintenance skills
- Confident communicator and team leader
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
- (Desirable) School or multi-site experience, First Aid trained
