Goddard Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Temporary Senior Site Superintendent to join a busy and professional facilities team.

The Role: Take responsibility for site operations, maintenance, and safety — leading a small team, managing contractors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee maintenance, security, and cleaning
  • Manage site staff and allocate work
  • Conduct inspections and repairs
  • Liaise with contractors and support projects
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in site supervision, caretaking, or facilities management
  • Strong DIY and maintenance skills
  • Confident communicator and team leader
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
  • (Desirable) School or multi-site experience, First Aid trained
