Goddard Recruitment are a specialist education recruitment agency supporting schools across Leeds and the surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting School Administrators for short- and long-term assignments, with immediate starts available.
About the Role
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the school office, providing efficient administrative and clerical support to staff, pupils and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff, pupils and visitors
- Managing telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner
- Updating and maintaining pupil records using the schools ICT systems
- Producing letters, documents and standard forms
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
- Supporting the smooth operation of the school office
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience using SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom would be advantageous
