This job post is for UNITED KINGDOM applications ONLY. The future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely. This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you'll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you'll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Your hiring manager can share more about this role's hybrid or remote designation.

Join our People Ops team and help shape the future and culture of GoDaddy. We're a gritty, passionate, hardworking, and collaborative team that values inclusion, innovation, and a growth mindset. You'll engage across organizational design, talent and performance management, employee engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, career development, and more. You'll collaborate across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility and proactive communication to ensure strong connections with global partners.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will leverage data-driven insights and your ability to influence senior leaders to ensure our people's strategies align with business goals and drive company success.

What you'll get to do:

  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.
  • Support our unique performance and promotion review process and talent programs. Our goal is to reduce bias in the career advancement of our employees, so we ask that you understand, implement and continue to experiment with ways to ensure fairness for all of our employees.

  • Influence our diversity practices to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
  • Leverage data to make our people's processes smarter and more efficient through application of a strong knowledge of workforce analytics and metrics.
  • Manage, inspire, and develop your team to deliver results, share best practices internally, benchmark externally, scale and grow their skills and impact.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards and employee relations.

Your experience should include:

  • 7+ years of HR business experience partnering effectively with HR functional groups including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning, including team building and relationship management skills.
  • Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations, mixed employee/BPO models, and ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling.
  • Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience.
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change across complex environments.
  • Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
  • Travel required (roughly twice per year).
