This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you'll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you'll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

You'll collaborate across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility and proactive communication to ensure strong connections with global partners.

- Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience.
- Strong partnership and communication skills with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change across complex environments.
- Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
