As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Leverage data-driven insights and your ability to influence senior leaders to ensure our people's strategies align with business goals and drive company success.
  • Work closely with our Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partner teams to shepherd the great Employee Experience programs already in place and also drive process improvement.
  • Provide a full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.
  • Support our unique performance and promotion review process and talent programs, focusing on reducing bias in the career advancement of our employees.
  • Focus on organizational effectiveness and design activities to ensure the health and performance of the company.
  • Influence our diversity practices to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
  • Leverage data to make our people's processes smarter and more efficient through application of a strong knowledge of workforce analytics and metrics.
  • Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of HR business experience partnering effectively with HR functional groups including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning, including team building and relationship management skills.
  • Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations, mixed employee/BPO models, and ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling.
  • Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and M&A experience.
  • Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
  • Travel required (roughly twice per year).
  • Bachelor's degree.
