We are looking for two reliable carers to share a 7-night-a-week rota for a lady living in her own home.
Shift Times: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (8 hours)
The Rota: We need one carer for 4 nights and one for 3 nights (consistent weekly schedule).
What you will be doing:
- Staying awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the client's safety.
- Providing reassurance if the client wakes up confused (early-stage dementia).
- Assisting with personal care, toileting, and continence support.
- Monitoring for breathlessness and providing general supervision.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in home care with specific experience in Dementia and Waking Nights.
- Compliance: You must have the Right to Work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (ideally on the Update Service).
- Location: Must be able to travel to SE17 reliably for a 10 PM start and 6 AM finish.
