The role

This is an interim role required for 6 months where you will lead Enterprise Risk Management and Control Assurance during a period of transition in the organisational structure.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Resilience and Incident Management, you will lead a team, initially of 3, but with the potential to be expanded. You will be responsible for maintaining the risk management framework and risk appetite, ensuring it is in line with regulatory requirements and expectations. You will engage widely with stakeholders responsible for risk management, controls, and incident management to monitor compliance, reporting issues to management and the Board.

You will lead the team responsible for second-line assurance over privacy and security controls and ISO certification. You will be responsible for the control framework generally, including tooling and governance for control assurance.

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
