The Partner Acquisition Manager for North America (US & Canada) will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision to identify, cultivate, win and launch new partnerships that drive growth and enhance market presence. The role involves balancing acquiring high-volume, good-fit partners with larger strategic targets and supporting existing partners who show meaningful upside for growth. As a key role within the NA Group, this individual will work closely with the GTM organization to facilitate the acquisition of new partners and streamline the process between acquisition and management.

Base salary range: $82,400 - $123,600. Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
