The role is part of the international Customer Operations group. You will support GoCardless customers with a range of enquiries, from general support and KYC to sanction screening, acquisition operations, liquidations, and escalation points for the rest of the Customer Operations team. A KYC‐oriented specialist uses AML, Financial Crime and KYC expertise to act as an escalation point for the Customer Operations team and support daily verification and customer service tasks.
Working hours: We operate 24×7 and employees are expected to demonstrate willingness to work on bank holidays.

Base salary and benefits: Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Our approach pays between the minimum and the mid‐point (€1,500‐€1,900 gross) until performance can be assessed. Offers consider experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity with similar roles.
