Hours: Mon Fri 9am 5.30pm Role We currently have a requirement for a Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our busy Stranmillis office.

The role is responsible for delivering maintenance and compliance duties relating to our growing rental portfolio within the Finance Team, whilst providing a first-class service to clients within a busy working environment.

You must be confident, results driven and committed to our high standard of customer care.

Job Description Record and manage all rental maintenance requests from property owners and tenants, daily.

Consult with subcontractors to arrange suitable access with property owners and tenants for quotation purposes.

Timely reporting of maintenance quotes to property owners from subcontractors.

Authorise commencement of works.

Organise compliance safety inspections and certification, inline with current legislation.

Record and monitor all necessary HMO compliance certificates inline with the landlords specific needs.

Manage account retentions for impending works.

Review retentions monthly.

Enter contractor invoices daily.

Reconcile contractor statements.

Prepare monthly contractor payments.

Provide accounts support to the sales team.

Filing.

Miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as required.
