About the role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily personal care and wellbeing needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. You’ll contribute to care plans, support independence, and play a key part in creating a warm, person‑centred environment where dignity comes first, always.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver compassionate personal care while maintaining privacy, dignity and respect
- Support daily living and encourage independence
- Assist with mobility, positioning and safe transfers
- Observe, report any changes in wellbeing, and keep accurate records
- Provide companionship and reassurance through respectful communication
