About the role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily personal care and wellbeing needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. You’ll contribute to care plans, support independence, and play a key part in creating a warm, person‑centred environment where dignity comes first, always.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver compassionate personal care while maintaining privacy, dignity and respect
  • Support daily living and encourage independence
  • Assist with mobility, positioning and safe transfers
  • Observe, report any changes in wellbeing, and keep accurate records
  • Provide companionship and reassurance through respectful communication
