We are on the lookout for an experienced Staff Nurse to join our client\’s care team at their Wishaw Care Home. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of residents, we want to hear from you!
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Monitoring residents\’ conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintaining accurate residents records and documentation.
- Providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and resident-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable.
