As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our clients' residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering personalised nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
