We are on the lookout for an experienced Staff Nurse to join our clients care team in East Kilbride. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of residents, we want to hear from you!

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalised nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Monitoring residents conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintaining accurate residents records and documentation.
  • Providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and resident-centred approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable.

Along with a fantastic salary we can offer you

  • Permanent, Full & Part-Time Employment: Flexible Shifts of 22, 33, 38.5 or 44 hours per week over 7 days. Please note that this is a Night Shift position!
  • Competitive Salary: We offer a Β£20.50 per hour rate, reflecting your expertise and knowledge.
