You should be a qualified Senior Carer with a valid SVQ3 or equivalent, experience in medication administration, and staff supervision. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, working as part of a care team.

The Role:

As part of a multidisciplinary team, our Senior Care Assistants are responsible for assessing care needs, developing care programmes, and ensuring high-quality care outcomes. You will work independently, supervise staff, and direct the work of other staff to promote best practice in resident care.

Requirements:

  • SSSC registered
  • SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • PDA Medication or equivalent / PDA Supervision or equivalent
  • Previous experience at Senior level
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
