We are working exclusively on this outstanding senior opportunity to appoint an experienced Regional Operations Manager for one of Scotland's leading Care Providers. You will be responsible, in conjunction with support from the Senior Management Team, for providing leadership and direction to Home Managers & Support functions across our clients entire estate. This will include Quality, Learning & Development and Clinical Governance. Supporting all services to ensure that they are implementing best practice in care, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture across the group. Ensuring regulatory compliance across all services whilst supporting the Directors to promote business growth by improving occupancy, reducing agency staffing, whilst improving care outcomes. The role will be based in Central Scotland, however, there will be regular travel required across the group.

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

  • A proven track record in a similar operational management role focused on quality assurance, grades & occupancy
  • A qualified RGN/RMN (ideally)
  • The skills and experience to motivate, lead, support and drive Home Managers performance
  • The ability to inspire and lead by example
  • A positive role model/mentor for staff across the business
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities simultaneously
  • The knowledge and commitment to providing the highest quality of care
  • The flexibility and adaptability to be on call in emergencies, manage concerns and complaints and cover key roles as required
  • A "Can Do" attitude
