Join our clients team in North Lanarkshire as a Deputy Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced and thrives on making a real difference in the lives of others. As Deputy Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall management of our care services, ensuring that we deliver the highest standards of care and support to our clients.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:- Assisting in the management of the service to ensure effective and efficient delivery of high-quality care.
- Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and stakeholders to promote a positive service experience.
- Monitoring and evaluating care plans to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to enhance service delivery.
- Participating in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., SVQ Level 3 or above).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the care sector.
