We are working exclusively on this outstanding senior opportunity to appoint an experienced Regional Operations Manager for one of Scotland's leading Care Providers. You will be responsible, in conjunction with support from the Senior Management Team, for providing leadership and direction to Home Managers & Support functions across our client's entire estate. This will include Quality, Learning & Development and Clinical Governance, supporting all services to implement best practice in care, embed a person‑centred and quality‑driven culture across the group, ensure regulatory compliance across all services and help the Directors promote business growth by improving occupancy and reducing agency staffing while improving care outcomes. The role will be based in Central Scotland, but will require regular travel across the group.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A proven track record in an operational management role focused on quality assurance, grades & occupancy
  • A qualified RGN/RMN (ideally)
  • Ability to motivate, lead, support and drive Home Managers performance
  • Capacity to inspire and lead by example
  • Positive role model and mentor for staff across the business
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge and commitment to providing the highest quality of care
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cover key roles, manage emergencies, concerns and complaints as required
  • Can‑Do attitude
