The objective of GOAT & Partners Ltd is to use the vast knowledge of Africa, combined with digital excellence, to ensure that all of our brands occupy the podium positions in the countries we operate in. With a growing presence in 19 countries, GOAT represents one of the largest groups of gaming brands on the continent.
To help us continue on our growth trajectory, we’re on the lookout for a paid media manager with a talent for media buying, owning planning, implementing and reporting on various digital marketing campaigns across the GOAT account. Userbase growth and return of ad spend will be the priority of the successful candidate, contributing to GOAT’s sportsbook and casino marketing strategy. Channels include display, programmatic, paid social, PPC, and ad network media buys.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Planning and executing of various digital marketing campaigns across active markets and verticals
- Ownership of in-house media buying activity (ad networks, programmatic, PPC), supported by Goat’s performance marketing agency.
- Management of direct partnerships (display, paid social)
- Analysis and reporting upon digital KPIs, with a focus on revenue growth and ROAS
- Ongoing campaign optimisation
- Ongoing recommendation of new and existing digital media tactics, keeping a growth mindset
- Campaign budget management, ensuring efficiencies and effectiveness
- Maintaining an acquisition promotion calendar in cooperation with internal stakeholders and agencies
- Coordinating with country marketing managers on local digital marketing needs
- At least 3 years’ experience in driving digital performance marketing, paid user acquisition and/or digital media planning, preferably agency-side
- Hands-on digital media buying experience
- Hands-on channel experience in either of the following areas: Display, paid social, programmatic, PPC, ad networks
- Good understanding of major digital media platforms (Google, Meta, Propellerads, Adsterra…)
- Proven project management experience, enabling you to deliver upon challenging timelines
- Trained marketer with a holistic strategic understanding

- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Commercial and ROI driven mindset
- Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitude
- Team player
- Have experience in sports betting and/or gaming
- Are passionate about football and sports
- Speak Portuguese and/or French
We operate on a hybrid working model of 3 days per week at our office on Fenchurch Street, and 2 days per week from home! This is non-negotiable so please ensure this suits you before applying.
