To help us continue on our already impressive growth trajectory, we are on the lookout for a Senior Customer Insight Analyst. This person will help us build a data-led decision-making culture, focusing on the impact of promotional activity and web development, to deliver an improved customer experience, as well as commercial value to the business.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Lead the development of new web reporting methods, to drive actionable insight on how to improve user experience and customer retention.
- Effectively communicating actionable insight to the key stakeholders across the business.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support a range of initiatives.
- Helping to develop a 'Data-Led' culture, through the provision of accurate insight.
- Help with the maintenance of reliable data delivery and provide feedback on how this could be further developed.
What your background looks like:
- At least 3 years’ experience within analytical roles, with a strong track record of providing actionable insight.
- High level of proficiency using Google Analytics.
- Proven experience analyzing user acquisition funnels and user experience.
- Be a strong communicator, with the ability to present results to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Previous experience using Content Square is a significant bonus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Able to manage a number of projects side by side and effectively time manage.
- Gambling industry experience would be preferable (Sportsbook, Casino & Lotto).
We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days per week at our office on Fenchurch Street.
