GOAT Interactive is the online division of the Editec Group. Leveraging deep expertise across African markets and best-in-class digital marketing capabilities, GOAT operates one of the continent's largest gaming portfolios, led by Premier Bet and a presence across 17 markets.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth through our affiliate channel. Reporting to the Head of Affiliates, this role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and growing high-value affiliate partnerships, with a particular focus on SEO affiliates and content partners across our priority markets.

This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who can independently identify growth opportunities, negotiate profitable partnerships, optimise affiliate performance, and contribute to the overall affiliate acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of a portfolio of key partners and deliver measurable improvements in first-time depositors, active customers, and return on investment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, recruit, negotiate and onboard new affiliate partners across GOAT's priority markets, with a strong focus on high average revenue per user driving acquisition partners and SEO publishers.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key affiliates, developing joint growth plans and identifying opportunities to increase traffic, registrations and depositing customers.
  • Take ownership of affiliate performance across assigned markets and partners, analysing key metrics including registrations, FTDs, conversion rates, active players, NGR and ROI.
  • Continuously evaluate affiliate quality and profitability, reallocating your focus and investment towards the highest-performing partners and opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures and bespoke deals that align with acquisition and profitability targets, having an ROI-driven mindset.
  • Work closely with CRM, Content, Product, Design and Local Marketing teams to ensure affiliates have access to relevant promotions, product updates and marketing assets.
  • Ensure all affiliate placements, offers, landing pages, tracking links and promotional materials remain accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor competitor affiliate activity and market trends to identify new opportunities, emerging affiliates and partnership strategies.
  • Produce regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations to improve affiliate channel efficiency and scale.
  • Represent GOAT Interactive at industry conferences, networking events and affiliate meetings, developing long-term relationships that strengthen the company's market position.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 4+ years of affiliate management experience within an online sportsbook, casino or iGaming operator.
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring and growing profitable affiliate partnerships that have delivered measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partnership agreements and commission structures.
  • Excellent understanding of affiliate business models, attribution, tracking platforms and performance marketing metrics.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Experience managing high-value affiliate accounts and building long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong networking skills and an established presence within the iGaming affiliate ecosystem.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
DESIRABLE
  • Existing network of established iGaming affiliates, particularly SEO and content affiliates.
  • Experience working with and for African markets, or similar emerging regions like LatAM.
  • Experience using NetRefer or other leading affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Previous experience working affiliate-side.
