We are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our growing analytics team and play a key role in driving data-led decision-making across the business. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for understanding customer behaviour — particularly within the online gambling industry.
Your primary focus will be analyzing the performance and impact of promotional activity and evaluating the value and behaviour of VIP players. You will use your insight to influence marketing strategy, CRM, and product decisions, helping us deliver more effective and profitable customer experiences.
- Analyze the performance of customer promotions, including bonusing, free bets, cashback, and other incentive schemes.
- Deliver actionable insights to marketing, CRM, and product teams to support data-led decision making.
- Own and deliver regular and ad hoc reporting on key customer KPIs, campaign performance, and player segmentation.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Looker (preferred) or other BI tools to make complex data easily digestible.
- Identify patterns and trends in customer data to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the wider analytics team to continually improve reporting processes and data quality.
Proven experience in a customer insight or analytical role, ideally within the online gambling, gaming, or e-commerce industry. Hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally Looker. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting. Strong communication and presentation skills – able to translate data into business insight.
We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week at our office on Fenchurch Street, and 2 days working from home.
