The objective of GOAT Interactive is to use the vast knowledge of Africa, combined with digital excellence, to ensure that all of our brands occupy the podium positions in the countries we operate in. With a growing presence in 18 countries, GOAT represents the largest group of gaming brands on the continent. To help us continue on our already impressive growth trajectory, we’re on the lookout for an experienced CRM Manager to own our CRM strategy across our English speaking markets, delivering second to none CRM marketing campaigns that help position our brands as the number one betting and casino products in their markets.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the CRM promotional and marketing campaign calendar for your countries
  • Working alongside the Head of CRM to plan and execute revenue driving CRM marketing campaigns within your assigned countries
  • Assisting with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams
  • Executing, analysing, and reporting on campaign effectiveness through various data platforms, suggesting, testing and implementing new strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Work with the BI team to analyse campaign and customer statistics in a presentable and meaningful manner. Utilise these stats to review current and past promotions, and drive further profitability in the future
  • Regularly monitor country by country performance data and use this to devise ad-hoc and automated campaigns to maintain and increase market growth and customer value
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all customer value segments
  • User key data insights to help build new customer segments, ensuring customers get the right communication, at the right time
  • Work alongside local teams and the Head of CRM to implement localised customer journeys from acquisition through to early life, retention and reactivation, maximizing PNL in your assigned countries
  • Perform marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand including, copywriting, and campaign creation
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market development to enable Premier Bet and its associated brands to better the offering of our competitors.

Qualifications

  • Data driven with the ability to turn these insights into actions and resolutions
  • Have gambling/gaming industry experience (Sportsbook, casino & lotto)
  • Experience working with CRM platforms/Tools
  • Experience in forecasting and costing campaign impact
  • Experience in implementing CRM campaign automation
  • Experience in planning and executing end to end campaigns
  • Experience implementing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
  • Collaborative, with the ability to adapt and work alongside multiple departments
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different localised strategies
  • Quality project & time management skills
  • Ability to work dynamically and remotely
  • Have a keen interest in Sports, especially football
  • Undertaken competitor analysis & reporting previously
  • Experience in localisation of content for foreign markets (preferably Africa)

We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week at our office and 2 days working remotely. Please ensure this is suitable for you before applying!
