Goals is the premier five-a-side football centre operator in the UK, offering state-of-the-art facilities across the country. We pride ourselves on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and facility quality. This role is a Team Member position with additional Shift Supervisor responsibilities when required. Applicants must be 18 years or older, as required by licensing regulations. The role involves evening and weekend shifts.
Team Member Duties
- Deliver a high standard of customer service across the club, welcoming guests in a professional manner.
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and payments accurately.
- Handle face-to-face and telephone sales.
- Operate tills and booking systems confidently.
- Work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and increased spend.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Support promotions and club initiatives.
Shift Supervisor Duties (when providing management cover)
- Act as the senior person on duty in the absence of a manager.
- Ensure service, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
- Supervise and support team members on shift.
- Deal with escalated customer issues appropriately.
- Carry out opening and closing procedures when required.
- Complete basic administrative and cash-handling tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding any issues arising during the shift.
