We are hiring for two complementary positions at our Ruislip venue: Bar Staff and Receptionist. The roles require a positive sales-driven attitude, fast-paced teamwork, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
  • Bar Staff: Handle the rush of a busy environment, maintain a smart appearance, create rapport with customers, encourage repeat visits, and deliver the highest standards of service for weekend functions, kids’ parties and post-match drinks.
  • Receptionist: Support the dynamic reception team, manage front-of-house duties, handle computer-based tasks, cash handling, face-to-face enquiries, and provide excellent telephone sales skills.
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fun sporting environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
  • Computer literacy, cash handling, and telephone sales proficiency.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional bar shifts.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
