Goals is the premier five-a-side football centre operator in the UK offering state-of-the-art facilities throughout the country. We pride ourselves in exceeding customer expectations in levels of service delivery and the quality of our facilities.

Roles

  • Bar Staff – Handle the rush of a busy environment, maintain a smart appearance and a positive sales and service-driven attitude. Create rapport with customers, encouraging them to stay longer and return again. The bar is integral to the 5-a-side football experience, whether customers are having a weekend function, a kid’s party or a post-match pint. We want to deliver the highest standards in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Receptionist – Complement our existing dynamic and motivated reception team. As a front-of-house position you will need a very outgoing personality and ability to work under pressure. Key skills: computer literacy, cash handling, dealing with face-to-face enquiries, and excellent telephone sales skills.

Responsibilities & Requirements

As part of our service requirement, you will be expected to work shifts that include evenings and weekends. Bar work is included in that schedule. Applicants must be 18 or older. We look for individuals who are passionate about delivering high service standards and can thrive in a fast-paced, fun sporting environment.
