Hours: 40 hours per week
The day-to-day management and medium-term planning of the entire complex, including the management, training, and development of all staff. The role requires working flexible hours to provide management cover at all times.
To deliver a quality, effective, and efficient service to users of GOALS facilities and to lead the development of sales and marketing plans to promote and maximize income opportunities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise all employees, including reception, bar, security staff, and referees, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Develop and implement 3-6 monthly sales and marketing strategies, focusing on weekends and off-peak periods.
- Drive sales within the facility to maximize income.
- Assist in recruiting and selecting management staff for the center.
- Ensure sound administrative procedures are followed according to the Company Operations Manual and reporting procedures are adhered to.
- Implement the Company Health & Safety policy and ensure staff are trained in first aid and emergency procedures.
- Chair weekly management meetings and occasional staff meetings to ensure effective communication.
- Manage cash and stock reconciliation procedures as per company policy.
- Maintain facilities, fixtures, and fittings to a high standard both internally and externally.
- Coordinate stock and service orders to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as necessary, consistent with the role's nature.
