In this role you will provide a top-quality service to our players and immerse yourself in activities to promote and maximize the number of games played within the centre. You will also be focused and driven to meet and exceed your Club’s income targets and KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top-quality service to players and immerse yourself in activities to promote and maximise the number of games played within the centre.
• Be focused and driven to meet and exceed the centre’s income targets and KPI targets.
• Promote a fast-paced, customer-focused environment aligned with the company’s goals.
• Support shift operations to maintain smooth day-to-day running and ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.

• People management skills – manage, motivate and lead a team of people.
• Innovation skills – creative ways to engage with customers using social media and attract new business.
• Interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with customers and team captains.
• Organisation skills – ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
