Are you obsessed with The Rest Is Politics, The Rest Is Politics: US and The Rest Is Entertainment? We’re looking for a Membership Coordinator to help drive the next stage of membership growth across these shows. This role is ideal for someone who knows the podcasts inside out, is highly organised and creative, and is excited to help grow our politics and entertainment membership clubs.
You’ll help develop membership messaging across our owned channels, including podcasts, email and social, ensuring our audiences understand the value of membership and engage with exclusive content. Working closely with production, editorial, social and commercial teams, you’ll help promote member benefits, analyse performance and continuously improve how we grow and retain our communities.
The Role
What you’ll do:
- Oversee promotion of member benefits for these shows, including scripting host reads and drafting owned channel messaging.
- Work with podcast production teams to test and optimise different styles of host-read promotions and organic membership messaging within episodes.
- Project manage the creation of membership marketing assets (video and static) that clearly communicate membership benefits and offers.
- Support Community Manager on the promotion of exclusive content, miniseries and member events across owned channels, working closely with editorial, social and production teams.
- Ensure correct tracking (CTAs, UTMs and links) is used in all membership promotions to measure performance and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of member content and marketing tactics, sharing insights and developing best-practice playbooks for production teams.
- Support communications to politics and entertainment club members regarding events, promotions and member opportunities.
- Track membership performance data (acquisition, churn and engagement) and flag trends or concerns to relevant teams.
Requirements
What you’ll bring:

- Strong copywriting skills, with good understanding of the tone of our shows.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with tracking tools (UTMs, analytics platforms, CRM systems) to measure marketing effectiveness, or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams across the business.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
