As a Creative Producer – Commercial Content at Goalhanger, you will lead the development and execution of branded content partnerships , ensuring they are engaging, audience-driven, and aligned with brand partner objectives. You will work closely with producers, talent, and the wider commercial team to craft compelling content across multiple platforms, from podcasts and video to social media activations.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Execution
- Lead the development of commercial content formats , ensuring strong storytelling and engaging social mechanics.
- Work closely with the commercial team on creative solutions for inbound briefs and proactive opportunities .
- Develop ideas that translate seamlessly across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok .
- Oversee the execution of branded content campaigns , ensuring creative integrity from concept to final delivery.
Talent & Production Management
- Work closely with show producers, supporting the execution of branded content campaigns.
- Attend talent meetings and recordings , ensuring smooth collaboration and creative alignment.
- Direct commercial recordings and shoots , ensuring the vision is realised.
- Liaise with talent across Goalhanger shows , managing brand approvals, creative routes, and episode integrations.
Editorial & Content Quality Control
- Write, review, and approve scripts for host reads and custom segments across all Goalhanger shows.
- Review and approve edits for social activations , working with design and video editing teams.
- Ensure all branded content meets creative and compliance standards , maintaining Goalhanger’s high-quality production values.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in creative production within media, branded content, or digital storytelling .
